Classroom Role Play: Solved Crimes!
Yesterday, our 1ºESO English class turned into a crime scene. We practiced new vocabulary through an exciting role play activity. It was a great way to learn words that we usually only see in detective movies. After twenty minutes of interrogation, the detectives found the suspect. The suspect had a weak alibi but the detectives found evidence to arrest them.
It was a very fun lesson! Role-playing helps us remember words better because we use them in «real» situations. Have you ever tried a role play in class? It’s the best way to lose your fear of speaking!
