Ayer, 16 de octubre, nuestros alumnos de la Escuela de Cocina, fueron invitados a asistir al homenaje al Dia Mundial del Pan, con el objetivo de divulgar y poner en valor dicho producto.
Yesterday, October 16th, our students from the Culinary School were invited to attend the celebration of World Bread Day, with the aim of promoting and highlighting the value of this product.
Organizado por ASEMPAS, y en el mercado municipal de Las Ventas, los alumnos degustaron panes elaborados en obradores madrileños, acompañados con AOVE de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Aceite de Madrid.
Organized by ASEMPAS, and at the Las Ventas municipal market, the students tasted breads made in Madrid bakeries, accompanied by extra virgin olive oil from the Protected Designation of Origin “Aceite de Madrid.”
