15 students from the Halvorsen School, from Germany, have visited the Hospitality School at GSD IS Buitrago.
Han realizado tres elaboraciones: la verdadera paella valenciana, la típica tortilla de patata y, para dar un toque dulce, crema catalana.
They prepared three dishes: authentic Valencian paella, the traditional Spanish omelette, and, for a sweet touch, crema catalana.
